COORDINATOR OF YOUTH TRANSITION SERVICES PROGRAM Company: Abilities, Inc. Location: Albertson - HQ Job Status: Full Time Regular Date Posted: 12/18/2023 Pay Rate: $60000-$65000     Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day vocational activities of on-site, Nassau, and Suffolk-based programs and services and district-based youth transition programs to include oversight of staff, curriculum review, IEP compliance, CSE meetings, grants, and special projects. Manage student socialization programs and activities (i.e. family fun events). Oversee and develop CDOS based programs and services in addition to schedule and program development. Responsible for reviewing school district contracts, hiring, professional development, training, and enhancing policy and procedure manuals for the program. Assist the Vice President with marketing and program development. Qualifications & Education A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Business, Rehabilitation Counseling or other related discipline, and a minimum of five years managerial or related work experience working with adolescents with disabilities.  Excellent marketing and communication skills required.
