As a Senior Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Program Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our Supported Employment Program. Your responsibilities will include providing support in regular departmental activities, such as ensuring compliance in Medisked notes, maintenance planning, and record retention. You will assist in training and providing field support to new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge of program services and participant routines. Additionally, you will provide extended coaching support services to youth and adults, including travel training, skill development, and social integration. Your role will also involve acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, completing all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, and attending program meetings and trainings as required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekends, and possess the ability to travel throughout Long Island and the New York Metropolitan area.

High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or Associates degree in related field is required. Reliable transportation is necessary. Must possess basic computer skills.
