Abilities Inc. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Manager for our Day Habilitation Programs. This role is crucial in supervising all aspects of OPWDD-funded adult Day Habilitation programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and the achievement of programmatic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Day Habilitation program, including the development of program curriculum, marketing, outreach, and staff supervision. Develop and implement strategies to increase program participation and conduct outreach to meet growth goals. Conduct screenings for potential program participants in accordance with established goals. Develop sites for volunteer opportunities for participants and expand programming with high-quality activities. Assign participants to staff, manage caseloads, and ensure program mandates are met. Monitor the Medisked database for accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of documentation, and assist and train staff as necessary. Provide feedback, prepare reports, statistics, billing data, and other required documentation to management, funding sources, and other stakeholders. Facilitate OPWDD training requirements. Collaborate with the Billing Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely billing. Maintain effective communication with all program constituents and develop key relationships with public and community agencies. Perform other duties as required for efficient and effective service delivery.
