Location: Albertson - HQ Job Status: Part Time Regular Date Posted: 7/24/2024 Pay Rate: -$20.00     Responsibilities Provide support to students with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities participating in Nassau Community College & The Viscardi Center’s Inclusive Higher Education Program on campus. Escort students to classes, volunteer opportunities, and social events. Offer academic support and assist staff in adapting assignments based on individuals’ goals and abilities. Qualifications & Education Must have an interest in helping students with disabilities be successful in a college environment. Current college student, with preference for those studying in the fields of Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, and/or Education. *This position will be 10 -20 Hours/Week.
