In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Director to facilitate various recruitment tasks such as resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in coordinating the HR Director's calendar and managing post-job offer activities including reference checks and background screenings.
