The Viscardi Center offers a host of technology services centered around digital accessibility and inclusion. Our product offerings deliver fully functional and compliant websites, video content, and digital documents that meet all of today’s guidelines and specifications for information and communication technology compliance.
 
Successful Candidate will be responsible for:
Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on the benefits of digital accessibility services.
Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call, premise visits, networking, and industry-related events.
Conducting sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers and effectively communicate the business value of digital accessibility services.
Understanding the needs of small, mid-sized, and enterprise-level business customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs.
Responsible for achieving a monthly quota in digital accessibility sales.
Maintain sales database to effectively report sales activity and customer information.
Identify new products by remaining current on industry trends, assistive technology, accessibility guidelines, market activity and competition.
 
Qualifications & Education
Three years of sales experience, in an IT sales environment (preferred, but not required), exceeding quotas.
Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn quickly and apply the knowledge.
Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, enthusiasm, and motivation in closing deals.
Ability to multitask and work effectively to meet required deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, cloud-computing, web/video collaboration tools.
Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce.
High school diploma or equivalent.
