Location: Suffolk County Job Status: Per Diem Substitute Date Posted: 8/21/2025 Pay Rate: $18.00-     Responsibilities Provide intensive pre-placement and placement support services to school students with disabilities, including, but not limited to: skills training at the job site, task analysis, situational assessments, social integration, and travel training.  Locations Openings Hours Deer Park 1 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, M-F Kings Park 2 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, M-F Elwood 1 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, M-F Floater 1 8:45 am -2:15 pm, M-F These positions follow a typical school calendar. Qualifications & Education A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience working with adolescents or adults with disabilities through job coaching, job development, or other business experience preferred.
