The Teaching Assistant / Teaching Aide at Henry Viscardi School will support classroom teachers in delivering instruction and promoting the academic, social, and physical development of students with physical and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one or small group support, helping with daily routines such as feeding, mobility, and reinforcing individualized education goals under the guidance of certified staff. The TA will also help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment and participate in school-wide activities and professional development.
